Across the country, the first Tuesday of August is “National Night Out,” a community-building event emphasizing the relationship of neighbors and law-enforcement in making neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live. Bring your family, meet the officers of your neighborhood station, and have some fun.
SFPD will hold block parties throughout the City featuring music, cookouts, contests, youth events, and visits from emergency personnel.
Richmond Station will be in Golden Park, at JFK Promenade, next to the skate park.
Northern Station will be at Patricia’s Green in Hayes Valley, 50 Fell St.
