Merchants on Sacramento Street are participating in a family friendly “Spooky Street Stroll & Trick-or-Treat Passport Trail” on Halloween afternoon/evening, starting around 3pm.  There will be treats up and down the street between Presidio and Spruce, and kids can start by picking up a Treasure Map at Dottie Dolittle, then collect stickers as they make trick-or-treat stops.
